Semi-inspired by the little bit of promo that I've seen for 2005's "Sin City". I've never read Frank Miller's Graphic Novels, but I deffinitely am curious about this flick and it's dark feel. I hope y'all enjoy this one. It's a personal fav, which is saying alot when I actually used myself in the image. :paranoid:

I really want to see that flick, saw the trailer for it in full at Constintine! Wow.

I like what you did with this piece alot too, I'm a sucker for this whole kind of theme as you might very well know, and the pic is very well executed. Great feeling and composition. I think though that the title in big red letters kind of takes away from it though! It would be so much better without, its almost too distracting from the piece.

I'm glad you like it because I kind of do too. Thanks a ton for the nice compliments and the constructive criticism. I was actually thinking about reposting a version without the huge red lettering, but part of me kind of likes it with it so I don't know. I'm still thinking about it. Thanks again. Heh. I always appreciate your comments. :D

here I just got Genitorturers: Sin City, I wonder if there's a connection...

Nice look with the black and white with a small touch of color:) Looks like you're getting ready to transform into one of the shadow-things yourself.

Hmmm I don't know if there's a connection, but it might be worth looking into. Heehee. :) Anyways Thanks Hun! I always love getting comments from you. :D

I just saw the movie last night and your picture does capture some of the darkness and light within in the movie.. it's a great one of a kind movie, but it's very... morbid and bloody, where the black and white background contrasts the shades of grey for the characters.

Thank You. Yeah the movie is great. I might try to do something else in this style only more like the look of the film. I don't know yet... I have to wait until I have more time, but thanks again.
